Payment, Shipping & Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds.

Also, we are not Amazon. We are small company with real people here to serve you. Please keep that in mind when ordering from us. We are going to work really hard to make you happy, but we do sleep at night and while your order will arrive fast, it won't get there 6 hours after you place your order.

PLEASE do not use your parent's (or anyone's) credit card without their permission. If they do not recognize the charge and dispute the charge, we have to disclose what you ordered and we lose all the money you paid us. We take that very seriously and fight chargebacks with all our resources. It is not worth it for you, trust us. Any orders cancelled before shipping will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.

When checking out you can use Visa, MC, Amex, Discover or you also have the option of using your PayPal account.

If you choose to use PayPal when checking out,  you will see the payment gateway use the name Early to Bed. All payments are processed through our parent company so do not be alarmed. Please note if you pay with an Echeck, we will hold your order until that check clears.

We ship  via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Shipping fees are below. Please note that any purchase over $200 will require a signature so please us your legal name as the shipping address. If you want to see what our shipping label looks like, please visit our FAQ page here.   

PLEASE NOTE: We ship as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days, but your order can take up to 9 business days to arrive, so please plan accordingly. If you select First Class Mail it may take longer.  From time to time we do run out of something before our website is able to reflect that. If that is the case we will let you know via email that an item is backordered and give you the chance to change your order if you wish.

PLEASE NOTE! If we ship your order to the address you provide us and is sent back because your address is incomplete, your name is not associated with that address or any other reason that a is not an error on our part, we will not re-ship the package unless you pay for shipping again. PUT YOUR LAST NAME ON YOUR ORDER! We are not responsible to orders that go missing that do not have last names. We also will not refund shipping costs on returned items that are shipped to the address provided to us by the customer. 

We are not responsible for packages marked DELIVERED by the postal service but not received.

$0-$98.99 = $8.95
$99 and up = FREE
If your order is $23 or under you can select First Class for US orders. These are shipped out just as quickly but may take 2-5 more days in transit.

You can also pay with a Money Order made out to ETB or Early to Bed . Please send us you payment along with the following info:

• Your Mailing Name (be sure that it is a name the mail will deliver to)
• Your FULL address
• Your Email address 
• Your Phone number (we will only use it if your email does not work)
• Indicate what you want and BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE PROPER SHIPPING FEE (see above)

And send all that in an envelope to:

We are unable to process any orders that arrive with incomplete info or lack of shipping charges, so please contact us at info@transessentials.com if you have any questions. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.


 

We can ship internationally but please note the following:

** DUE TO COVID-19 and shipping limitations we have suspended shipping to many countries until shipping restrictions are lifted and our staff is back at full capacity. Thanks for understanding. **

An additional fee is added to the normal shipping cost and items are shipped via The United States Postal Service. All international orders are placed at the recipient’s risk. Taxes or fees may be levied by your country. These are out of our control and the customer's responsibility to pay.

You can expect your order to arrive in 1-3 weeks (to Canada and the rest of the world), although it may take as long as four weeks to arrive because customs has the right to detain packages for as long as they want, Please note that the usps.com tracking system is often not updated regularly. For all orders leaving the US, we cannot consider the package lost or missing until it has been 45 days since the shipment was sent.

REMEMBER WE ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF THE POSTAL SYSTEM IN THE USA OR YOUR COUNTRY. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT YOUR FRUSTRATION ON HOW YOUR MAIL IS HANDLED ON US. 

If you need to make any claims regarding items not being received or received incorrectly, it must be in a timely manner. For items that arrive damaged or are incorrect please notify us immediately upon package arrival. For domestic packages not received, we can only process claims within 30 days of the date you placed your order. If a claim is made to us after 30 days we are unable to replace the item/s.  

For all International orders, please read this carefully:

We will be as discreet as possible on customs labels indicating the contents as “leather belt”, “clothing item” or “silicone molding”, but we are required to indicate the contents inside. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being shipped are legal in your area. Your phone number will also show up on the outside of your package as that information is required by our postal service in order to ship any packages outside of the US.

We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs. We also are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that are levied. We are unable to process refunds for items seized by customs. Orders can take up to four weeks to arrive.

We will not process any international orders that do not have the same billing and shipping addresses.We do not ship incomplete international orders, so if part of your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you and hold the order until it is complete.

All international orders are placed at the recipient’s risk.

And yes, we are aware that these fees are expensive. Believe us, we are not making a profit off shipping out of the country. This is what it costs us to ship to you and we do all we can to keep these prices as low as we possibly can.
