International Shipping Information
We can ship internationally but please note the following:
An additional fee is added to the normal shipping cost and all items are shipped via The United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. We do not ship via UPS, DHL or any other carriers. (Canadian customers also have the option of First Class mail. Please note first class mail is less-trackable and takes longer to arrive)
All international orders are placed at the recipient’s risk. If you are located Overseas, you will be sent an email to verify your address and that you understand our shipping policy. We cannot ship your order until you respond to that email. If you do not respond to our email and we have to cancel your order we will charge you a 15% re-stocking fee.
Please make sure that email@example.com is in your address book so it does not go to spam. If you do not get a confirmation within in 2 days check your spam filer or email us!
You can expect your order to arrive in 1-3 weeks (for both Canadian orders and orders going to other international destinations), although it may take as long as four to six weeks to arrive because customs has the right to detain packages for as long as they want, Please note that the usps.com tracking system is often not updated regularly. For all orders leaving the US, we cannot consider the package lost or missing until it has been 45 days since the shipment was sent.
PLEASE NOTE! If we ship your order to the address you provide us and is sent back because your address is incomplete, your name is not associated with that address or any other reason that a is not an error on our part, we will not re-ship the package unless you pay for shipping again. We also will not refund shipping costs on returned items that are shipped to the address provided to us by the customer.
REMEMBER WE ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF THE POSTAL SYSTEM IN THE US OR YOUR COUNTRY. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT YOUR FRUSTRATION ON HOW YOUR MAIL IS HANDLED ON US.
RECENTLY WE HAVE FOUND THAT ORDERS SHIPPING TO BRAZIL, MEXICO, UKRAINE, THE MIDDLE EAST, BULGARIA AND RUSSIA ARE PARTICULARLY RISKY. We will still ship to those countries but like all our international orders, it is at the recipient's risk and we will not refund orders that go missing after they leave the US. Please keep this in mind.
For all International orders, please read this carefully:
We will be as discreet as possible on customs labels indicating the contents as “leather belt”, “clothing item” or “silicone molding”, but we are required to indicate the contents inside and the retail price. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being shipped are legal in your area. Your phone number will also show up on the outside of your package as that information is required by our postal service in order to ship any packages outside of the US.
We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs. We also are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that are levied. We are unable to process refunds for items seized by customs. Orders can take up to six weeks to arrive and we will not consider an order lost until six weeks has elapsed since the date if mailing. We do not issues refunds for international shipping charges for any reason.
We will not process any international orders that do not have the same billing and shipping addresses. Also please note that shipping to some countries require us to stand in line at the post office as the US Postal Service will not accept electronic labels for some places. If that is the case we will let you know but it can delay the shipment of your order a few days.
We do not ship incomplete international orders, so if part of your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you and hold the order until it is complete.
All international orders are placed at the recipient’s risk, meaning that if we ship to your address as given and the order goes missing, is marked as delivered but you do not receive it or is confiscated, we will not be able to replace or refund the order. We reserve the right to reject any International Orders that we deem suspicious.
IF YOU ARE LOCATED OVERSEAS, ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED WE WILL EMAIL YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS, WE CANNOT SHIP YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL!
And yes, we are aware that these fees are expensive. Believe us, we are not making a profit off shipping out of the country. This is what it costs us to ship to you and we do all we can to keep these prices as low as we possibly can.
