Do you ship internationally? Yes! But please read this for information before placing your order.
Which Packer Should I Get? Oh gosh, we can't really make that decision for you but we have a page that explains the pros and cons of the ones we carry right here.
What is your Return Policy? Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot accept any returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have a question about something contact us before you place an order!
How fast do you ship? Pretty fast! Usually within 1-3 business days. But sometimes our stock levels do fluctuate, so if something is out of stock we will notify you right away.
Can I use a Pre-Paid Gift or Credit Card? Sure! As long as there is a V/MC/Amex logo and an exp. date it should go through our system. If you have problems using a gift card to check out. feel free to call us at 773-271-1219 and we can try running it for you.
Do you ship discreetly? Yes indeed! We truly value your privacy so all shipments are packed in USPS.com-issued, or plain brown boxes with no indication of what is inside. All items are shipped from our parent store ETB and the return address is those initials.
Can I pay with a check or money order? We'll be happy to take your Money Order, but since too many people scammed us with checks, we no longer accept personal checks. Info on how to pay via Money Order is here.
Can I become an affiliate of FtM Essentials? SOON! We are working on a new program!
Do you sell dildos? None of the items that are sold on the website are designed for sexual use. Products on FtM Essentials are purely for gender expression. If you are over 18 and looking for adult-oriented items, you can visit early2bedshop.com for a wide selection, including additional trans-specific items.
I have an idea for a product you should carry, who do I contact? Great! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Who are you? FtM Essentials was started by Searah Deysach who has owned and run a trans*-friendly erotica shop in chicago (and online) since 2001. She started this website in 2012 as a way for folks who do not want to shop at adult store or who cannot access websites with restricted content in public spaces to still be able to purchase high-quality gender expression gear. She has years of experience serving (and learning from) trans* communities and hopes that this venture will bring essential gear to folks who may not have access to it locally.
